The "-day quickie" titles imply that posts of a non-quickie nature exist. Not true. Those posts only subsist in my imagination. Sorry for the shortness. You don't really want to read eight pages of me at a time anyway.

One Laptop Per Child is a fascinating company. I remember watching something on the Discovery Channel about this many years ago. Glad to see it is coming together. Maybe you ED or CS people could help them out - baby steps, right idealists? Now if only I could get that k-os song out of my head.
